FLYING DOG PRODUCT WARRANTY
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ON MATERIALS & WORKMANSHIP – All of our products are made to the highest standards using only the finest materials and manufacturing processes. Our warranty covers flaws in workmanship and materials (not including damage from chewing) that occur during normal use. If any seam, buckle, attachment D-ring or leash snap hook fails during normal use, send us a photo and we’ll issue a credit for a replacement accordingly. If your dog does chew one of our products (and it only takes a few seconds), no big deal…we have a LOYALTY WARRANTY (see below) for that!

We use a hot-cut process to cut our webbing, meaning the webbing is cut by heat, not blades. No knives or scissors are used in our manufacturing process…if a cut in our webbing is not melted on the end, it was not cut by us.

Contact us at info@flyingdogcollars.com to initiate the warranty process and if possible send photos of the product in question (returning the product may not be necessary). DO NOT DISCARD FLAWED OR BROKEN PRODUCTS…WE WILL NEED TO SEE THE PRODUCT TO DETERMINE IF IT IS ELIGIBLE FOR WARRANTY.  IF YOUR DOG HAS CHEWED THE WEBBING, LEATHER, OR BUCKLE, DON'T SWEAT IT! MISTAKES HAPPEN - Your dog may be the smartest little angel ever to walk the earth, but even the best of them can chew something up from time to time. We're not going to judge them...or you! If the little bundle of fluff chews through a Flying Dog leash or collar, just send it back to us (or email us a picture of the damaged goods) and we’ll issue you a code to replace it at half price

RETURNS
Flying Dog Collars will gladly accept a return for any product purchased through this website, provided that is still in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Please note shipping charges are not covered.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange and item for a different size or style, simply initiate a return and then place a new order for the items you would like. Your new order will go out immediately, then as soon as we receive the returned item you will receive a refund (less shipping charges).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, VAT, port handling fees and other customs charges. Please see your local rates for duties, taxes, VAT, port handling fees.

START THE PROCESS:

To initiate the warranty/return process, contact us here. To help expedite the process, please indicate the reason for the warranty/return, your name and address, and your order # (found on your confirmation email or packing slip). We will process your request within 48 hours of receiving it (excluding weekends). You will receive an email with instructions to complete the process.

Flying Dog Collars will issue any refunds you are entitled to within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends).  However, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, except if you qualify for the “Flying Dog Product Warranty”.
